JOIN CAROL'S KITCHEN (CAROLSKITCHENINC.ORG) AT 'COOL SUMMER NITES' IN BANNING, CALIF.
Support your local charity and get great deals on fresh produce and juices at Carol's Kitchen's farmers market.
(BANNING, Calif.)—May 29 - Sept. 25, 2009—In downtown Banning, exit 8th Street of of the 10 freeway, 5 p.m. - 9 p.m.—Carol's Kitchen, Inc., a non-profit organization that feeds the hungry in the San Gorgonio Pass, will once again host its weekly farmers market at "Cool Summer Nites."
Proceeds earned from the farmers market will benefit Carol's Kitchen in its mission to feed hot nutritious meals to the hungry five days a week in Banning, Beaumont and Cabazon. The market offers fresh fruits, vegetables and Perricone Juices. Sundry items offered at the event include beanie toys from Precious Moments®, Tyco® and other name-brands, plus Carol's Kitchen purple hats, where sales also benefit the kitchen.
About the Event
"Cool Summer Nites" started on May 29 and takes place every Friday through Sept. 25.
Getting There
Exit 8th Street off of the 10 freeway. Go north on 8th street and turn right on Ramsey. Look for event parking. Cool Summer Nites takes place on San Gorgonio Avenue in downtown Banning. FREE ADMISSION.

Carol's Kitchen is a Southern California-based non-profit organization located in San Gorgonio Pass. Since 1998, the organization has served more than 500,000 hot meals to the hungry and currently serves about 3,000 meals per week. The only requirement for Carol's Kitchen guests is that they are hungry. No one is ever turned away.
